Abstract

Abstract: In view of the comparability between the realization process of a construction project and the composition of a workflow，tasks of a construction project can be broken down into a series of activities in the perspective of workflow.The attribute of time and resources are depicted separately by timed Petri net and colored Petri net，thus the workflow model of construction projects is set up based on timed and colored Petri net.Finally，the rule of resource configuration and the process of resource allocation are analyzed，setting the foundation of synergic management of multi-activities and multi-tasks of a construction project.

摘要： 根据工程项目产品实现过程与工作流组成的相似性，将工程项目的微观工作任务分解为基于工作流管理范畴的一个有机活动的操作序列。引入赋时Petri网和着色Petri网分别对项目活动的工期、项目所需的资源等属性进行描述，建立基于赋时着色Petri网的工程项目工作流模型，并分析资源配置规则和资源调用过程，为项目多活动、多任务间的协同管理打下基础。
