废旧智能手机回收再利用业务流程仿真与优化

Abstract:

With the development of smart phone market, China has stockpiled a considerable number of Wasted Smart Phones(WSP), and it is urgent to recycle and reuse them efficiently and the problem gradually attracts attention from all walks of life. The execution of extended producer responsibility has driven smartphone manufacturers to construct the business process of recycling and reusing of wasted smart phones from the perspective of the whole-life cycle. Petri net theory is used to establish the model and verify the performance of the model, then Tina software is used to stimulate the model. On the basis of analyzing the simulation results, the optimization suggestions of the process are given to help relevant enterprises reduce the working time of the process, improve the recycling and reusing rate and decrease the management cost.

摘要:

随着智能手机市场不断发展,我国已囤积了数量可观的废旧智能手机,对其进行高效的回收再利用迫在眉睫并逐渐受到各界关注。生产者责任延伸制的实行,推动了智能手机生产商从全生命周期角度构建废旧智能手机回收再利用业务流程。运用Petri网理论建立模型并验证模型性能,接着借助Tina软件对模型仿真。在分析仿真结果的基础上,给出该流程的优化建议,帮助相关企业缩减流程工作时间,提高回收再利用率,减少管理成本。
