Journal Introduction

•   Computer Engineering and Applications (CEA), Jisuanji Gongcheng yu Yingyong (in Chinese Pinyin), is a comprehensive academic journal for the whole computer industry. It is sponsored by North China Institute of Computing Technology under the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. It is the Journal of China Computer Federation (CCF). It is approved as the Chinese Core Journal,Source Journal of Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD) and Source Journal for Chinese Scientific and Technical Papers and Citations,and is indexed by many important national and international indexing systems, such as Chinese Scientific and Technical Papers and Citations Database (CSTPCD), China Academic Journal Comprehensive Evaluation Database (CAJCED), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Wanfang Data, INSPEC, Abstracts Journal(AJ), Cambridge Scientific Abstracts (CSA), Ulrich's Periodicals Directory (UPD), Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), Index Copernicus (IC) and EBSCO Research Database.
     
     The CEA is certificated to be indexed WJCI-Q1 in World Journal Clout Index Report(2020 STM), China's most internationally influential academic journal evaluated, China's "Baiqiang Sci-Tech Journal" and China's " Baiqiang Journal with Digital Influence" and is selected into the "High-Quality Journal Exhibition Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China".
  
     The CEA insists on the road of combining academic with practice. The content of it not only pays attention to advanced theory, but also takes account of the popular practical technology. It promotes the exchange of the academic, and the transformation of the computer science and technology achievements. 
   
     All submitted papers have to be reviewed by many famous computer scientists and researchers.  
  
     Among the accepted papers, more than 90% are supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Key National High Technology Projects of China.

      This Journal is an open access journal supported by article processing charges (APCs). The journal allows any non-commercial user to read, download, copy, transfer, print, retrieve, hyperlink, and index the literature in the journal. The source of references should be indicated when citing the contents of this journal. Each article can be loaded individually in PDF-format free of charge immediately after their initial publication and also the full text of each issue is available for anyone interested in the journal.
