Abstract:
With the continuous expansion of tourism scale, the huge volume of tourists during the rush hour has brought tremendous pressure and challenges to the management of scenic spots. This paper puts forward the tourist diversion model of timed Petri net and four diversion strategies, aiming at the problem of overload of tourists in hot spots and unbalanced distribution of tourists in peak period of scenic spots, based on the dynamic tour of tourists in scenic spots. The advantages and disadvantages of different strategies are analyzed through simulation experiments under the evaluation criteria of tourist satisfaction and variance of scenic spot load rate, this paper proposes appropriate strategies for different evaluation criteria.

摘要:
随着旅游规模的不断扩大,旅游高峰期庞大的客流量给景区热门景点的管理工作带来了巨大的压力和挑战。针对景区高峰期游客在热门景点超载和游客分布不平衡的问题,以游客在景区中的动态游览为基础,提出了赋时Petri网的游客分流模型和四种分流策略。在以游客满意度以及景区负载率方差为评价标准下,通过仿真实验来分析不同策略的优点和不足,并对不同评价标准提出合适的策略,对于景区的游客分流管理具有实际的参考价值。
