基于可加一致性的不完全偏好信息估算方法

Abstract: In this paper,an iterative method is proposed to deal with the group decision-making problem with incomplete fuzzy preference relations.The method is guided by additive consistency property and only uses the preference values provided by the experts without needing other information,and hence,the estimating results by the method is in good consistency with the experts’ original preference and is more believable.Finally,a numerical example is presented to illustrate how to utilize the method proposed in this paper.

摘要: 针对基于方案对比较的不完全模糊偏好信息的方案优选群决策问题,通过引入模糊偏好关系中的可加一致性概念,提出了一种估算评估专家缺失的偏好信息的迭代估算方法。该方法仅仅依赖专家在可加一致性基础上提供的信息,而不用考虑其他专家的信息,因而估算出来的偏好信息能够与专家原始偏好信息保持良好的一致性,从而提高了估算结果的可信度。最后给出了一个算例。
