供应商选择的多属性群决策方法

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of books supplier selection,a new group decision-making method is proposed.From the information of experts’ judgment,the degrees of similarity and discrepancy for experts’ judgment are computed,and then the experts’ weights are obtained objectively.The weights of the attributes are determined by the entropy weight.The priorities of alternatives are given according to the group comprehensive attribute values of suppliers.A practical example proves that the method is feasible and reasonable.

摘要: 针对图书供应商选择问题,提出了一种新的多属性群决策方法。该方法由专家给出的评判信息计算专家评判的相似度和差异度,从而确定群体专家的权重。利用熵权得到属性的权重,根据供应商的群体综合属性值给出排序结果。应用实例验证了方法的可行性和合理性。
