Design of remote monitoring system for electric vehicle power battery

电动汽车动力电池状态远程监测系统设计

Abstract: In order to monitor the status and fault condition of the electric vehicle power battery in real-time, and improve the operation security of electric vehicles, a remote monitoring system for BMS based on a new mobile operation system-Android is designed and implemented in this page. The battery state data and the GPS data are collected in the vehicle terminal and sent to the remote monitoring center by GSM /GPRS communication module. The remote monitoring center receives, stores and analyzes the uploaded information, so that achieves real time monitoring of running state of electric vehicle, and analyzes and evaluates the battery performance. Meanwhile, a mobile phone APP is developed, and its communication with the Web server of the remote monitoring center is realized by HTTP protocol, so the running state of electric vehicle and battery information can be monitored with a phone in real time. The system is tested, and its design rationality, reliability and stability are verified, so it has a good application prospects.

摘要: 为了实时监测电动汽车动力电池状态和故障情况,提高电动汽车运行的安全性,设计并实现了一种基于Android的电动汽车动力电池状态远程监测系统。该系统在车载端实时采集电池状态测量信息和位置信息,并将信息利用GSM/GPRS通信模块定时传送给远程监测中心;远程监测中心对上传的信息进行接收、存储和分析,实现对电动汽车运行状态的实时监测,对电池性能做出分析评价;同时开发了一款手机APP,利用HTTP协议实现与监测中心的Web服务器的通信,实现对电动汽车运行状态的实时监测。通过实验测试,本系统设计合理、运行稳定,具有良好的应用前景。
