Abstract: To satisfy the requirements of increasing function of vehicle-mounted module of BMS, and enhance the human-computer interaction experience, a vehicle-mounted module of BMS is designed and implemented. The MK60DN512ZVLQ10 is used as the MCU, and serial port HMI touch screen is used to display the data that come from battery control unit module. The interface of battery cell, battery pack, failure diagnosing and alarm is designed. Also, the charge/discharge management and system threshold of battery is set by using the touch screen. The CAN-bus data transmission protocol is designed and used in the data exchange between the MCU and the battery control unit module. Through the actual test of the charging and discharging process, the designed module has superior human-computer interaction function and stable property, so it may have good application prospects.

摘要: 为了满足日益增多的纯电动汽车电池管理系统上位机功能的需要,增强更好的人机互动体验,设计并实现了一种基于MK60DN512ZVLQ10为主控制器的电池管理系统上位机模块。该模块利用串口HMI触摸屏显示BMS下位机采集数据,设计了电池单体、电池组、故障诊断与报警的界面,同时通过显示屏触摸热区控制BMS对动力电池的充放电管理及电池状态参数阈值的设定。制定了CAN总线数据传输协议,在主控制器和下位机之间通过CAN总线进行数据交互。通过充放电过程的实际测试,该模块运行稳定,人机交互功能优越,具有良好的应用前景。
