Abstract: Targets threat evaluation is the most important component in command and decision-making,and it is the base to make scheme of weapon source arrangement effectively.The method of Gray Relation Analysis(GRA) has been widely used in evaluation and decision-making,but it has limitation also.Against the limitation of GRA,a new method based on refinement to GRA is presented,which is RGRA.The evaluation model of targets threat extent is build,and the application example and performance analysis is given in this paper.The result shows that RGRA is an effective and practical way to the targets threat extent evaluation,and the system performance is improved by 10%.RGRA takes predilection of decision-maker and the difference of data between shape and values in account synthetically.The evaluation model has precise theory and specific significance,and is more practical than traditional GRA.

摘要: 目标威胁度评估是指挥决策的重要环节,也是武器资源有效分配的重要依据。灰关联分析(GRA)在评估决策中应用广泛,但其存在一定的局限性。针对传统GRA的局限性,提出了改进的GRA法——RGRA法,建立了目标威胁评估模型,并给出了应用实例及其性能分析。分析结果表明,RGRA是一种切实有效的目标威胁度评估方法,应用该方法的系统效能比应用传统GRA方法提高约10%。RGRA方法综合考虑了决策者的偏好以及数据在形状和数值上的差异,评估模型数学理论严谨,意义明确,具有良好的实用价值。
