Application of nearest-neighbor searching employed in modeling of porous material with lattice model

Abstract: The simulations of Porous Material with Lattice Model(PMLM) in large scale are always limited to the size of initial configurations seriously. It is proposed that an efficient modelling method employing Nearest-Neighbor searching method based on Divide-Conquer(DCNNs) strategy can be used to ascend the efficiency of constructing the initial configuration of PMLM. This modelling method conducts nearest-neighbor searching among disjoin zones divided by divide-conquer approach from local lattice space, which have the matrix regions and void regions of lattice system within porous material classified efficiently. The time complexity of DCNNs is linear to the size of the configuration of PMLM system. It descends the running time of the simulations of PMLM system to a large extent modelled by DCNNs.

摘要: 大规模多孔材料格点模型系统的计算机模拟的运行效率通常严重受制于初始构型的体积大小。为了提高多孔材料格点模型建模的效率,一种基于分治策略的近邻搜索方法被提出。该建模方法将格点系统的局部空间以分治的方式划分为不相交的区域进行近邻搜索,能够高效地区分出格点系统中多孔材料的母体区域和孔隙区域。利用分治策略近邻搜索的方法构建多孔材料格点系统初始构型的时间复杂度正比于构型的体积,用该方法建模可极大地减小计算机模拟大规模多孔材料格点系统的运行时间。
