%X The simulations of Porous Material with Lattice Model（PMLM） in large scale are always limited to the size of initial configurations seriously. It is proposed that an efficient modelling method employing Nearest-Neighbor searching method based on Divide-Conquer（DCNNs） strategy can be used to ascend the efficiency of constructing the initial configuration of PMLM. This modelling method conducts nearest-neighbor searching among disjoin zones divided by divide-conquer approach from local lattice space, which have the matrix regions and void regions of lattice system within porous material classified efficiently. The time complexity of DCNNs is linear to the size of the configuration of PMLM system. It descends the running time of the simulations of PMLM system to a large extent modelled by DCNNs.
