基于模糊最优化模型的供应商选择方法研究

Abstract: Supplier selection is an important issue in supply chain management, and essentially is a decision-making problem. In view of the supplier selection problem, an approach based on the optimization model is proposed to construct the multiplicative consistent Fuzzy Preference Relation(FPR), and then a consistency index is defined to measure the degree of consistency for a FPR. Based on the multiplicative consistent FPR and the algorithm for adjusting multiplicative consistency, a method is investigated to obtain the priority weight vector of suppliers, which is not only used to adjust unacceptably multiplicative consistent FPR into an acceptably multiplicative one, but also can obtain the reasonable and reliable priority weight vector. In the end, the proposed method is applied to the problem of the dealers to select supplier.

摘要: 供应商选择是供应链管理中的一个重要课题,其本质是一个决策问题。针对供应商的选择问题,首先基于最优化模型提出一种乘性一致模糊偏好关系的构建方法,并引入新的一致性指数用以衡量模糊偏好关系的一致性水平。在此基础上,建立了基于乘性一致性调整算法的供应商权重确定方法,该方法不仅保证调整后的模糊偏好关系满足满意一致性条件,而且使得决策者获得合理可靠的供应商权重向量。最后将提出的选择方法运用于经销商选择综合条件最优的供应商问题中。
