Abstract:
The optimization of resource configuration is a tough job for many factors involved. To address it, a configuration optimization method integrating average throughput time and cost is proposed. From the analysis of the two dimensions of the elevator and the shuttle, the cross-layer operation of the shuttle is considered, a multi-objective optimization model for the SCS/RS is raised, taking calculation models of average throughput time and total cost of SCS/RS as objective functions, and the number of shelves, the number of layers, the number of columns, the number of rows, the number of equipment and operating parameters of the SCS/RS machine as decision variables. The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm is used to obtain the Pareto solution set. The solution set is the collection of optimized parameters, which is considered to the arrangement of storage area and equipment selection, and provides an effective reference for the promotion and application of automated storage and retrieval system.
