New determining principle for λ-fuzzy measure and its application

Abstract: It is a very difficult problem to determine fuzzy measurement in the multi-attribute decision making with fuzzy integral method. According to the weakness of the existing λ-fuzzy measurement methods, a new determining principle for λ-fuzzy measure identification is put forward. The principle can make decision-maker attain some goals according to practical needs, such as to punish lagging index, or to encourage each index to develop uniformly, or to encourage advanced index and to emphasize important index. The results compared with the classic example of multi-attribute decision making show that the decision-making result accord with people’s subjective judgment with the λ-fuzzy measurement determining principle, which is more simple and intuitive than traditional methods.

摘要: 在利用模糊积分进行多属性决策时,模糊积分中所用模糊测度确定是一个较难解决的问题,针对现有的λ-模糊测度确定方法的局限性,提出了一种λ-模糊测度准则。该准则可使决策者根据实际的需要通过设定指标的重视度和λ值达到惩罚落后指标,鼓励各项指标均衡发展的目的;也可达到奖励先进指标,鼓励搞突出抓重点的目的。通过与经典多属性决策算例的对比发现:应用λ-模糊测度确定准则进行决策较为符合人们的主观判断,比传统的λ-模糊测度确定方法更简便直观。
