According to the weakness of the existing λ-fuzzy measurement methods, a new determining principle for λ-fuzzy measure identification is put forward. The principle can make decision-maker attain some goals according to practical needs, such as to punish lagging index, or to encourage each index to develop uniformly, or to encourage advanced index and to emphasize important index. The results compared with the classic example of multi-attribute decision making show that the decision-making result accord with people’s subjective judgment with the λ-fuzzy measurement determining principle, which is more simple and intuitive than traditional methods. %U http://cea.ceaj.org/EN/abstract/article_32437.shtml
