Research on algorithm for Web service discovery based on ontology

基于本体的Web服务发现算法研究

Abstract: With the large growth in number of Web services and the demand for registries, Web services discovery mechanism based on key words cannot meet the needs of Web services. By introducing the concept of ontology, a Web Service Discovery Algorithm(WSDA) is proposed. In order to calculate and compare the similar degree conveniently, this algorithm uses OWL-S language to describe Web servers, adopts improved semantic matching algorithm based on geometric distance and maps relation diagram to database. The feasibility and availability of the algorithm are verified through experiments.

摘要: 随着Web服务数目的增长,基于关键字的发现机制已不能满足Web服务的需要。引入领域本体概念,提出一种基于领域本体的Web服务发现匹配算法WSDA。该算法采用Web服务本体描述语言(OWL-S)描述Web服务,采用改进的基于几何距离的语义匹配方法,将概念关系图映射到数据库中,方便了Web服务间相似度的计算和比较。通过实验验证算法的可行性和有效性。
