On stowage planning for mult-port container transportation based on stability constraint

考虑船舶稳定性的多港口集装箱配载问题

Abstract: In the maritime container transport logistics, the stowage planning is an important part of logistic transportation, which is relevant to the transportation safety, efficientibility and lowcost of the companies. There are two decisive factors in the stowage planning:the vessel’s stability and the number of the rehandings. For the liner vessels docking multi-port, these two factors are often contradictory. The stowage planning of the liner vessel calling in some ports on the entire route is addressed. The math model is proposed by the 0-1 programming method, which regards the stability of the vessel as a constraint and makes minimizing the number of rehandings in all calling ports of the vessel on the whole route as the objective. An improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem. The results of calculating some simulated data cases show that the method proposed in this paper can get better stowage planning than the stochastic stowage planning and that according to objective ports, which are usually used by many container vessels, in transportation safety and economical efficiency.

摘要: 在海上集装箱物流运输中,配载计划是攸关集装箱运输安全、营运公司高效率和低成本的重要环节。集装箱配载计划主要包括两个决定因素,船舶的稳定性和集装箱的倒箱数量,对于停靠多港口的集装箱班轮来说,这两个因素通常是矛盾的,鉴于此,讨论了停靠多港口的集装箱运输班轮在整个航线上的配载计划问题,建立了问题的0-1规划数学模型,该模型将船舶稳定性作为约束条件,其目标是最小化集装箱船舶在整个航线所有港口的倒箱量;设计了求解问题的改进遗传算法并对仿真数据实例进行求解。仿真实验结果表明,与通常集装箱运输班轮采用的随机配载方式和按照目的港装箱的配载方式相比,该方法所得出的配载方案使得集装箱船舶在安全性和经济效益方面有明显的提高。
