BW-RAID系统的重构技术及优化研究

Abstract: Efficient reconstruction technology can improve the service performance and reduce reconstruction time effectively. A mechanism of “data volume reconstructed first” and a method of “redirection of read for reconstructed data” are proposed to improve the service performance during data recovery. Based on the mechanism and method, two strategies that take advantage of characteristics of user load, such as “hot and cached data” to direct reconstruction process and “affixation of user requests” to speed up reconstruction process, are given to improve performance and efficiency during data recovery.

摘要: 高效的重构技术可以有效地提高系统数据恢复时的性能,减少数据的恢复时间。针对BW-RAID系统的结构特点,提出了系统数据卷数据优先重构的机制和对已重构数据请求重定向的方法,有效地提高了系统数据恢复时的对外服务性能。基于上面的机制和方法,同时利用数据恢复时的用户负载特点,采用热点和缓存数据指导数据重构以及用户请求辅助数据重构两种策略,进一步地提高了数据恢复时的性能和重构效率。
