Fuzzy controller of photovoltaic MPPT optimized on-line with perturbation

在线扰动优化光伏MPPT模糊控制器

Abstract: A fuzzy controller that is optimized on-line with perturbation is used to photovoltaic MPPT. The initial fuzzy controller described with fuzzy RBF networks is constructed based on the expert’s experience. The perturbation with normal distribution is added to the output of the fuzzy controller. The fuzzy rules are created and tuned adaptively according to the control effect. And the record of control effect is introduced to decide whether the perturbation is added or not, which can weaken the oscillation of the output of the photovoltaic power. With this method the work of adjusting the parameters of the fuzzy controller off-line can be reduced. The simulation results have shown the effectiveness of the proposed method in photovoltaic MPPT.

摘要: 利用可在线优化的模糊控制器进行光伏最大功率点跟踪控制(MPPT)。利用模糊RBF网络根据专家经验建立初始模糊控制器,在模糊控制器输出的控制量上叠加正态分布的随机扰动,根据控制效果自适应地构造和调整模糊规则。根据控制效果记录器的结果决定是否叠加扰动,以削弱功率震荡现象。该方法可以减轻对模糊控制器相关参数进行离线调整的工作量。仿真结果表明该方法在光伏MPPT控制中的有效性。
