Temperature adjustment and control systems based on wireless sensor networks and confidence interval calculation for broadcast equipment rooms

基于WSN和置信区间计算的转播机房温控系统

Abstract: Temperature adjustment and control is focused in this paper.Due to numerous equipments exist in studio and broadcast general control room,and temperature of equipment rooms is large,and will make running state is hard to be accurately known and controlled.Meanwhile,temperature variation is nonlinear and asymmetrical.A temperature adjustment and control system based on Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN) and confidence interval calculation for broadcast equipment rooms is proposed.All of equipment temperature data can be monitored and transmitted to central control system in time via the system.Working mechanisms,software and hardware architecture of the system are analyzed.Taking historical data as sample reasons,deviation feature information is eliminated.The temperature confidence interval in equipment working processes is described,and the best temperature range is obtained.

摘要: 由于演播室、播出总控机房中设备众多,整体环境发热量大,难以准确地对机房运行状况进行掌握和控制,同时温度变化往往非线性、不均匀。针对该问题,设计了一种基于无线传感器网络(WSN)和置信区间计算的机房温度调控系统。该系统能监控到所有的设备温度数据,并及时地传输到中央温控系统中。分析了该系统的工作机制和软硬件结构。以历史数据为样本依据,排除偏差特征信息,描述出众多设备在运行时的置信区间,得到设备运行的最佳温度范围。
