Abstract: Many factors involve the transfer and placement of surplus labor force in the plain of Chengdu，furthermore the factors are strong fuzzy，so it is necessary to extract the primary factors.Based on the analysis of features of transfer and placement of rural surplus labor force in the plain of Chengdu and the problems existed，evaluation model of the rural labor force based on fuzzy theory is proposed.This model is used to do single factor evaluation and comprehensive evaluation on rural surplus labor force in the plain of Chengdu，and through an example it is proved that the method is practical.

摘要： 成都平原富余劳动力转移安置涉及因素较多，并且具有强烈的模糊性，因此有必要提炼出主要的影响因子。在分析成都平原农村富余劳动力转移安置的特点和存在的问题的基础上，提出了基于模糊理论的农村劳动力评判模型。该模型对成都平原富余农村劳动力进行了单因素评判和综合评判，并通过实例运算证明了模型的实用性。
