Abstract

Abstract: Supply chain system of mass customization has limitations，such as small optional scope of customized user and long delivery time and so on.Based on this，this paper puts forward mass dynamic customization system，then analyzes the process of mass dynamic customization，finally，builds prototype of mass dynamic system and analyzes function and feature of different sub-system.At the same time the paper analyzes the algorithm of supply chain based on dynamic CODP.Finally，through a toy factory to illustrate the effectiveness and practicality of mass dynamic customization system.

摘要： 针对现在大规模定制的用户定制的可选个性化范围小和交货期长等局限性，提出了大规模动态定制系统，然后分析了大规模动态定制的生产流程，构建了大规模动态定制系统原型。在该原型系统中，分析了各子系统的功能和特色，并着重分析了动态CODP的设置和算法实现。最后通过一个大规模定制玩具厂商对该系统的应用，说明了该原型系统的可行性。
