Abstract

Abstract: Based on the concept of Green Supply Chain Management（GSCM），this paper presents a mathematical programming model for a problem - how to construct a distribution model and optimize logistics cost for reverse logistics with collection sites.Due to the complexity of the proposed model，a heuristic solution methodology is given for this problem.The solution methodology complements a heuristic concentration procedure，where sub-problems with reduced sets of decision variables are iteratively solved to optimality，and improves the Capacitated Plant Location Problem（CPLP）.Computational tests demonstrate that high-quality solutions are obtained while expending modest computational effort.

摘要： 从绿色供应链管理（GSCM）的思想出发，提出了一个分布式逆向物流的数学规划模型，主要研究逆向物流网络中带有收集点的物流成本优化问题，同时为了简化模型，给出了解决这个问题的启发式算法。该方法通过启发式的集中过程，可以减少子问题的决策变量集以及迭代次数而达到最优，并对容量受限的选址运输问题（CPLP）进行了改进。测试结果表明，该方法可以通过适中的计算工作量而得到较高质量的结果。
