Optimization of topology and routing of WSN based on SoRCA

基于SoRCA结构的WSN拓扑与路由优化

Abstract: In view of existing situation that energy consumption is high,traffic load is not balanced and routing is not robust in SoRCA(Self-organizing Redundancy Cellular Architecture) for Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN),improved topology control and routing algorithms are proposed.According to structured topology of SoRCA,transmission distance is calculated between neighbor nodes in topology control algorithm.Transmission power of sensor nodes changes with transmission distance.According to character of tops in packet,routing is chosen in improved routing algorithm.Analysis results show that improved SoRCA can conserve sensor batteries energy significantly,and make loads of WSN more balanced and networks more robust,and lengthen lifetime of WSN.

摘要: 针对无线传感器网络SoRCA结构中存在的能耗高、负载不均衡和鲁棒性问题,提出了改进的SoRCA拓扑控制算法和路由算法。改进的拓扑控制算法根据SoRCA拓扑的结构化特点,计算出相邻传感器节点数据传输距离,然后依据传输距离调整传感器节点发射功率。改进的路由算法根据包中跳数的特征,给出数据传输时路由选择,并给出数据传输失败时新路由的选择。性能分析表明改进后的SoRCA结构较好地节省了节点的能量损耗,改善了WSN负载均衡性和鲁棒性,提高了WSN的生命周期。
