Abstract: With the concept of QoS DifferServ and based on CSMA/CD, a new Ethernet MAC layer protocol called DS-CSMA/CD is proposed in industrial Ethernet and NCS. By simulating the protocol using network modeling tool Opnet Modeler, it obtains some useful and practical network configuration parameters and gets the anticipated effect of the simulate results, and it can effectively differs the service delay of the packets with deferent priority information in time limits. The protocol is compatible with CSMA/CD, can extend to high layer, and provides some useful thoughts in the bottom layer application of Ethernet in the industry control fields.

摘要: 结合QoS区分服务的概念,在CSMA/CD基础上提出一种新的以太网MAC协议:DS-CSMA/CD,并引入网络建模工具Opnet Modeler对该协议进行建模分析,得到了一些实用的网络配置参数,模拟结果达到了预期效果,能在时限要求内有效的区分开不同优先级信息的服务延迟。该协议兼容CSMA/CD,可以扩展到上层网络,为以太网在工业控制领域底层的应用提供了一些有益的思路。
