作战指挥的可拓决策方法

Abstract: Operations decision is the core of operations command.Decision problems in operations command are discussed.The meaning and characteristics of operations command decision and logic framework of decision thought are analyzed.The extension theory and method are applied to formal specification of operations decision problems.A model of generation and evaluation of operations decision plan is built,whose feasibility and validity are made out by a case analysis.The model can be applied to operations simulation and decision support system.

摘要: 作战决策是作战指挥的核心。论述了作战指挥中的决策问题,分析了决策思维的逻辑结构和作战指挥决策的内涵及特点。引入可拓学理论与方法对作战决策问题进行形式化描述,建立了基于可拓决策方法的作战决策方案生成与评价模型,并结合案例分析,说明了该方法的可行性和有效性。可应用于作战模拟与决策支持系统。
