Abstract: As for (s, S) strategy, we establish a two-stage operation cost model which is used to compare and analyse the long-term collaboration strategy, e-procurement strategy and mixed procurement strategy of supply chain procurement management in e-commerce. Then, the optimal procurement quantities of them are given respectively. Finally, the validity of the model and arithmetic is validated through a case study.

摘要： 论文针对（s, S）型策略建立了两阶段运营成本模型，对电子商务环境下供应链采购管理中的长期合作策略、电子采购策略以及混合采购策略进行了比较，分别给出了最优采购量，并通过实例验证了模型和算法的有效性。
