自动光学检测系统约束多窗口定位问题的研究

Abstract: To decrease the overall inspection path can improve the automatic optical system efficiency.A new approach is proposed to minimize the length when the sequence and constrained area are fixed.Assuming that last and next windows position is fixed,a geometric approach is presented to minimize the length under different condition.An iterative approach for multi-windows is proposed.The experimental results indicate that the approach can not only reduce the path length but also decrease the number of inspection windows.

摘要: 减少检测路径的总长能够有效地提高光学检测系统的效率。在检测窗口顺序及约束移动范围确定的情况下,提出了一种迭代的最小化检测路径总长的方法。通过分析单检测窗口与前后窗口路径总长最小的问题,提出了分类情况下的最小路径的窗口定位方法,然后给出多窗口的情况下的方法。实验证明该方法能够不但能减少检测路径的长度,同时也能够减少检测窗口的数量。
