应用HL7标准实现心电数据交互

Abstract: By analyzing and comparing the popular medical standards,taking feasibility and expansibility into consideration,HL7 is chosen as the preferred standard,then actualizes HL7 interface engine for annotated ECG(aECG).aECG information coder,parser and modification following HL7 standard are actualized by using XML document template,MFC and Windows exploitation technique based on VC++ respectively.

摘要: 通过对现行主要医学标准的分析比较,综合考虑其拓展性和可行性,选择HL7作为医院电子信息化的首选标准方案。以注解心电图(aECG)为例,遵循HL7的规范,实现HL7接口引擎。分别使用XML文档模板实现基于HL7的aECG消息编码,采用MFC和MSXML等Windows开发技术在VC++平台上实现对aECG消息的解析及消息的修改功能。
