第三方物流服务提供商的选择研究

Abstract: It is very important to select Third-Party Logistics(3PL,TPL) service provider in the outsourcing of logistics.So this article presents a comprehensive methodology for the selection of a logistic service provider.The proposed methodology consists of two parts:(1)Reduction(optimizing) the selection index system.(2)Establishment BP intelligent neural network.Thereafter,the application of the methodology for the final selection of a provider has been demonstrated through an illustrative example.The results of this example show the methodology is practically to select the 3PL service provider.In addition,this approach also enables the decision-makers to better understand the redundant relationships of the relevant index attributes in the decision-making,which may subsequently improve the reliability of the decision.

摘要: 在物流外包大发展的趋势下,选择合适的第三方物流服务提供商对成功实施物流外包至关重要。因此,提出一种选择物流服务提供商的综合方法,该方法由两部分组成:(1)物流服务提供商选择指标体系的约简、优化;(2)构造对3PL提供商进行选择的BP智能神经网络。然后,将该方法应用到一个算例进行研究。通过研究验证了该方法的实用性。此外,该方法还可以使决策者更好的了解有关指标之间存在的冗余关系,从而为改善决策的可靠性提供参考。
