Based on AHP method to compute credit score of telecommunication users

Abstract: The AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) method uses both qualitative and quantitative techniques in multiple-object decision and analysis.This method quantifies experience of the decision-makers,and can be efficiently applied in the situation in which structure of the object factor is complicated or lack of essential data.Based on AHP method,we plan to compute the credit scores of the telecommunication users.While computing the credit score,we use a reasonable method to construct the judgment matrices which are coincident.Finally,we make some numerical tests to illustrate the efficiency about the technique based on AHP method to compute the credit score.

摘要: AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process)方法是一种定性分析与定量分析相结合的多目标决策分析方法。AHP方法将决策者的经验判断给予量化,当目标结构复杂或者缺乏必要的数据情况下,采用此方法较为实用有效。针对电信行业这一特殊的应用背景,抽取用户相关信息,构建数学模型,进行信用度计算。基于AHP方法的技术特点,在实际计算过程中,合理地构造了判别矩阵并进行了一致性检验。最后给出相应的数值实验,验证了这种计算技巧的有效性。
