Abstract: Recently，a lot of authors have extended unweighted clustering coefficients to the weighted networks.A new clustering coefficient of weighted networks is presented after absorbing thinking of predecessors.It considers the weighted edges in the round.Theoretical analysis shows that the consideration is more reasonable，the clustering coefficient can agree with the unweighted clustering coefficients very well.And the unweighted clustering coefficient and the weighted clustering coefficients of Zhang are linked up through it.Further more，the simulation results are presented，which are in agreement with theoretical analysis.

摘要： 近年来不少研究者把无权网络的簇系数加以扩展，应用于加权网络。借鉴前人加权网络簇系数的思想，提出了新的加权网络簇系数。该簇系数对加权网络的各边权重进行了较全面的考虑，理论分析表明，这种考虑较为合理；并且该簇系数能与无权簇系数衔接一致，在无权簇系数和Zhang等人定义的加权网络簇系数之间建立联系。此外，进行了仿真比较，其结果与理论分析相符。
