Abstract:

How to design a reasonable and effective incentive mechanism to improve the participation of cooperative workers and obtain high-quality collaborative results is a research hotspot in the field of crowd-based cooperative computing. Through the related research and analysis of incentive mechanism at home and abroad, the hierarchical classification diagram of incentive mechanisms are described for crowd-based cooperative computing, the implementation measures and methods of different incentive mechanisms are introduced, and the key technical difficulties in the current research and possible research directions in the future are summarized.

如何设计合理有效的激励机制提高协同工作者的参与度，以获得高质量的协同结果，是群智协同领域的一个研究热点。通过对国内外激励机制的相关研究和分析，描绘了群智协同激励机制的层次分类图，介绍了不同激励机制的实现措施和方法，总结了目前研究中存在的关键技术难点以及未来可能的研究方向。
