Abstract: A fresh agricultural product supply chain consists of a manufacturer and a retailer. The freshness information of the product is the private information of the producer, and the influence of the application of blockchain technology on the producer’s activity information misreporting behavior is studied. Through Stackelberg game between the manufacturer and the retailer, four investment cost thresholds of the blockchain related to the decision are obtained, and the decision of each member of the supply chain in pricing and ordering is obtained. The validity of the verification conclusion is analyzed by numerical examples. The research shows that within a certain threshold of technology investment cost, the application of blockchain technology can inhibit producers from misrepresenting the activity information, not only improve the total profit of the supply chain, but also improve the profit of the members of the supply chain and increase the stability of the supply chain.

摘要: 由一个生产商和一个零售商构成的生鲜农产品供应链,产品的鲜活度信息为生产商的私有信息,分析区块链技术应用对生产商鲜活度信息谎报行为的影响,研究对比区块链技术应用前后供应链利益的变化情况。通过生产商与零售商之间的Stackelberg博弈得到与决策相关的四个区块链技术投资成本阈值,得出供应链各方成员在定价订货方面的决策。通过数值算例分析验证结论的有效性。研究表明:在一定的区块链技术投资成本阈值范围内,应用该技术可以抑制生产商谎报鲜活度信息行为,不仅提高供应链总利润,同时提高供应链各方成员的利润,增加供应链稳定性。
