Research of virtual surgery training system of mandibular fracture

Abstract: Aiming at the high operational requirements of mandibular fracture surgery, the virtual surgery system for training and preoperative simulations using Unity3D and HTC VIVE is developed. The virtual surgery system is divided into three-dimensional model module, illumination system module, interactive system module and operating room instantaneous movement module. The scene, interaction and operation procedure of mandibular fractures are simulated. The results show that the virtual operation system has a good sense of reality, immersion and interactivity, can effectively guide the operator to complete the surgical process, and achieve the purpose of surgical training and simulating.

摘要: 针对下颌骨骨折手术操作技能要求高的特点,使用Unity3D和HTC VIVE进行用于培训和术前模拟的虚拟手术系统的开发。将虚拟手术系统分为三维模型模块、光照系统模块、交互系统模块和手术室瞬间移动模块,对下颌骨骨折手术的场景、交互和手术过程进行模拟。结果表明此虚拟手术系统具有良好的真实感、沉浸感和交互性,能有效引导操作者完成手术流程,达成进行手术训练、模拟的目的。
