University teaching time scheduling problem in consideration of student satisfaction

Abstract: This paper sets students’ expectation as a reference point, moreover, constructs satisfaction function utilized by the value function which is proposed in the prospect theory, then describes the teaching time scheduling problem as a non-identical parallel machine problem with constrained resources who sets specific classroom as the object of study and with the target of promoting students’ average satisfaction. On the base of that, it constructs a simple target function in consideration of classroom applicable restrictions. Secondly, the paper optimizes the initial population which is generated randomly by applied of the genetic algorithm, and then outputs the approximate optimal solution. Finally, it verifies the feasibility of genetic algorithm by simulating example.

摘要: 在充分考虑学生个人偏好的基础上,针对学生对高校现行排课方案的感知满意度进行问卷调查,并结合前景理论,将分析结果应用到对学生感知满意度的高校教学时间的研究中。定义学生对教学时间安排的心理预期为参考点,并借助前景理论中的价值函数构建学生对排课的感知满意度函数。在此基础上综合考虑教室适用限制,构建单目标数学模型;利用遗传算法对初始种群进行优化,进而求出近似最优解。最后通过模拟仿真验证了该算法的可行性。
