Manufacturing/remanufacturing production planning problem with carbon emissions

Abstract: Taking into account the emissions trading scheme and production capacity of enterprise, a hybrid production optimization model for multi-cycle engine manufacture /remanufacture, is built. The objective is the minimum production costs after considering the cost and revenue generated from emissions trading. It proposes an improved discretization gravitational search algorithm, which brings in mutation operators to increase the diversity of population in order to avoid premature convergence and local optimum. Examples prove the feasibility and the validity of this algorithm.

摘要: 在碳排放交易机制下,建立了考虑企业生产能力的多周期产品制造/再制造混合生产优化模型,目标函数为企业的生产成本最低,其中考虑了碳排放指标交易产生的成本和收益。提出了一种改进的离散化引力搜索算法,引入变异操作来增加种群的多样性,防止算法过早收敛和陷入局部最优。算例表明所提出的算法是可行且有效的。
