Study on Picking Strategy of Cross-Border E-Commerce Bonded Warehouse

Abstract: There are many kinds of goods and the quantities are unstable in the orders of cross-border e-commerce. In view of the characteristics, the picking process of cross-border e-commerce bonded warehouses is analyzed and optimized. The dynamic time window picking strategy is adopted, and the picking model of cross-border e-commerce bonded warehouse is established based on the optimization of warehouse picking path. Finally, the method is applied to a company’s cross-border e-commerce bonded warehouse management system, and good expected results are achieved.

摘要: 针对跨境电商客户订单的多品类且数量不稳定的特点,对跨境电商保税仓库拣货流程进行分析与优化。采用订单动态时间窗分拣策略,并在仓库拣货路径优化的基础上,建立了跨境电商保税仓库拣货模型。最后应用于某公司跨境电商保税仓库管理系统中,取得了较好的预期效果。
