Abstract: Equipment failure as one of the most common uncertain events in production practice, it is easy to influence the normal schedule scheme. In order to effectively deal with the random failure of equipment in production, this paper studies the flexible job shop scheduling problem under the condition of equipment random failure, and proposes a rescheduling method, the rescheduling costs are systematically analyzed and the rescheduling cost function is established, two kinds of rescheduling strategy are designed, and combines with immune algorithm to improve genetic algorithm to solve the model calculation. The feasibility and validity of the method are verified by example analysis. Experimental results show that the proposed method can better deal with the equipment failure disturbances in many cases.

摘要: 设备故障是生产实践中最为常见的一类不确定事件,它易对正常的生产计划造成影响。为了有效应对生产中的设备随机故障干扰,对设备随机故障条件下的柔性作业车间调度问题进行了研究,提出了一种基于组合策略的重调度方法。在重调度方法中,对重调度成本进行了系统分析并建立了重调度成本函数,设计了两种重调度策略,并结合免疫算法对遗传算法进行了改进,用于模型的求解计算。通过算例分析,验证了方法的可行性和有效性。实验结果表明,所提出方法能够更好地处理多种情况下的设备故障扰动。
