Location and correction method for nonlinear distortion PDF417 bar code

非线性畸变PDF417条码的定位与校正方法

Abstract: It’s hard to locate and correct nonlinear distortion PDF417 bar code using traditional method, so a new method is proposed. Shenjun edge detection, line detection based on chain code and line clustering are used to locate bar code. Then, using the block correction ideas to correct the total bar code. This method not only applies to nonlinear distortion PDF417 bar code, but also applies to linear distortion PDF417 bar code. Experimental results show that the proposed method has good performances and can meet the requirements of practical application.

摘要: 对于产生了非线性畸变的PDF417条码,传统的定位和校正的方法已经不适用,提出了一种新的方法。使用沈俊边缘检测,基于链码的直线检测,直线聚类的方法进行条码定位,然后采用分块校正的方法对整个条码完成校正。这种方法不仅适用于非线性畸变的PDF417条码,同样适用于线性畸变的PDF417条码。实验结果证明该方法具有良好的性能,能够满足实际使用的要求。
