Study for locomotive drivers competence evaluation methods based on cloud method

基于云模型的机务司机胜任能力评估方法研究

Abstract: In order to evaluate the work competency of locomotive drivers in a scientific way, an assessment method based on cloud model theory has been presented in this paper for the competence of locomotive drivers. It introduces the cloud model, and provides its three characterization parameters, then introduces cloud generator. The index set of competence assessment is determined and evaluation model for locomotive drivers is also established in this paper. An example is given to verify the built model. The results show that this method can evaluate drivers competence intuitively, and can provide scientific aid decision making for employing, training and retirement of the locomotive drivers.

摘要: 为了科学地对机务司机工作胜任能力进行评估,提出了以云模型理论为基础的机务司机胜任能力的评估方法。对云模型进行了介绍,给出了云模型的3个表征参数,同时对云发生器予以介绍。确定了能力评估的指标集并构建了机务司机胜任评价模型。通过实例对建立的模型进行了验证。结果表明该方法能直观地对司机胜任能力进行评价,可为机务司机的聘用、培训和退役提供科学的辅助决策。
