Stochastic VIKOR method based on prospect theory

基于前景理论的随机多属性VIKOR决策方法

Abstract: A VIKOR decision making method based on prospect theory is proposed originally, in order to improve the decision reliability, stability and to prevent the reverse order of a TOPSIS method based on prospect theory. The new VIKOR method is proposed to construct the prospect decision matrix and to order the cases on the condition of the acceptable advantages and decision-making process stability. At the same time the new calculation steps are put forward; both results of computing example and of compared with TOPSIS method are proved that the decision method is with feasibility, effectiveness and higher stability.

摘要: 为提高基于前景理论TOPSIS决策方法的可靠性和稳定性以及防止逆序的产生,在前景理论的思想框架基础上,提出了一种VIKOR决策新方法;构建了前景值决策矩阵,运用VIKOR方法,在可接受优势和决策过程稳定的条件下对方案进行择优;在理论分析的基础上,提出了这种新方法的计算步骤,通过算例以及和TOPSIS方法决策结果对比说明了方法的有效性和可行性,具有更高的稳定性。
