Optimized generating algorithm of various styles patterns for intelligent sewing equipment

面向智能缝制设备的多样式图案生成算法

Abstract: This paper analyzes NTPS and NTP, researchs about vector pattern’s various styles representation and customization?for the new intelligent sewing equipment, designs parameter configurable typical style automatic generating algorithm. Furthermore, it brings forward an optimized generating algorithm based on the compensating angle to solve the problem which leads to an anamorphic result at the apex angle of the broken line. Experimental results show that the algorithms proposed can generate high-quality pattern which has complex style. The algorithms are successfully used in the pattern design-emulation software of new intelligent sewing equipment.

摘要: 分析了NTPS、NTP图案数据格式及其特点,进而面向新型智能缝制设备研究了矢量化线形图案的多样式表示及定制方法,并设计了参数可配置的典型样式自动生成算法。在此基础上,研究了基于补偿角的生成优化方法,解决了图案中折线顶角处的样式失真问题。经验证,所研究方法可以实现高质量复杂样式图案的生成,并在新型智能缝制设备的图案编辑与仿真软件中得到应用。
