Abstract: In this paper, we propose a class of new orthogonal transforms: generalized parametric P-ordered slant transforms by using the idea of parameterization and mutation. We discuss the fast implementation of these transforms. On the basis, we compare them with other orthogonal transforms in the application of image compression. We show that the generalized parametric P-ordered slant transforms have a better tradeoff between the computational complexity and their compression effects.

摘要: 本文采用参数化和变异思想,建立了一类新的参数化P序斜变换:推广的参数化P序斜变换,并讨论了这类变换的快速算法。在此基础上,我们将其应用于图象压缩中与其它正交变换作比较。实验结果表明,这类变换在计算复杂度和压缩实现中达到了一个较好的平衡。
