Emergency rescue strategy research of urban road accident based on contract net

基于合同网的城市道路事故应急救援策略研究

Abstract: Traditional way of city road accident emergency rescue is inefficient when urban road congestion. Specific?to?this?defect, a regional organization of emergency rescue strategy scheme based on dynamic adjustment Agent contract net model is put forward. The model is combined with the technology of Multi-Agent which has advantages like autonomy and collaborative. It compares this strategy with traditional way of city road accident emergency rescue strategies in modeling and simulation. The result shows that the strategy not only solves the problem of delaying in small and medium-sized accident rescue effectively, but also provides auxiliary to major accident rescue.

摘要: 当城市道路拥堵时,传统的城市道路事故应急救援方式存在效率低下的缺陷。针对上述现象,结合Multi-Agent技术的自主性和协同性等优点,采用基于动态调整的合同网模型进行Agent建模,提出现场区域应急救援策略的组织方案。通过建模仿真,将基于合同网的多Agent现场区域应急救援策略与传统的城市道路事故应急救援方式进行比较。结果表明,该策略可以有效解决中小事故中救援不及时的问题,并为重大伤害事故的救援提供辅助。
