鞋楦的数字化设计与软件开发

Abstract: The main purpose of this research is to develop a process for making shoe last. Based on the reverse engineering, this research includes scanning the surface of shoe last. Based on the scattered structure of point cloud and uniform grid method, the 3D point data is reduced. A method for the NURBS curves fitting based on least-square method is used to create curves. The weight factors are proposed to realize digital customizing the shoe last. It contributes to fit the standard shoe lasts adaptively and the NC machining.

摘要: 以逆向工程技术和软件开发为基础,对鞋楦的数字化设计进行研究:结合传统鞋楦制作技术,采用基于点云的散乱结构的均匀网格方法,对扫描获取的鞋楦点云数据进行精简;采用最小二乘逼近的方法,将处理后的点云数据拟合成NURBS曲线,进而采用蒙皮算法得到鞋楦曲面。开发了鞋楦数字化设计专用模块,为以后根据脚型对标准鞋楦进行个性化修改的开发奠定了基础。
