Method of network traffic simulation for topology focusing

面向拓扑聚焦的网络流量模拟方法

Abstract: To reduce the computational overhead of complex network simulation while keeping the packets simulation fidelity, a network traffic simulation for topology focusing is proposed. Packets are classified into three types according to the area that the routing path belongs to. For each type of packets, it adopts different simulation methods. Experiments based on network topology show that this simulation method is suitable for complex network, ensuring the packets simulation fidelity.

摘要: 为降低复杂网络模拟的计算开销,保证网络流量中数据包模拟的真实性,提出了一种面向拓扑聚焦的网络流量模拟方法。根据网络流量中数据包的路由路径所在区域,将数据包分为三种类型,对于每种类型的数据包采用不同的模拟方法。基于网络拓扑的实验表明,该方法适用于复杂网络的模拟,保证数据包模拟的真实性。
