Abstract: This paper aims to identify the effect factors for passenger satisfaction of Bus Rapid Transit（BRT）. The effect factors of passenger satisfaction are qualitatively analyzed, on the basis of which and considering the availability of data, some of travel and demographic characteristics are selected to quantitatively examine passenger satisfaction. In order to collect data, on-board surveys are conducted in BRT in Changzhou. The effect factors of passenger satisfaction are determined based on T test and one-way Anova using SAS. The results show that the factors that have influences on passenger satisfaction include age, education, car owning, passenger arrival time, potential waiting time, facility level at station, in-vehicle time and in-vehicle load factor.

摘要： 旨在定量地甄别快速公交乘客满意度的影响因素。定性地分析了乘客满意度的影响因素，鉴于因素的易获得性，选取乘客出行特征和个人属性进行定量研究。在常州快速公交进行了乘客满意度问卷调查，依托获得的数据，基于SAS软件采用T检验和单因素方差分析鉴别了乘客满意度的影响因素。研究发现快速公交乘客满意度的影响因素有：年龄、受教育程度、有无私家车、到站时间、潜在等车时间、停靠站设施水平、车内时间、车内拥挤度。
