Abstract: The blending of traditional distribution channels and network distribution channels for clothing provides an effective way to solve the problem of overstock. The demand characteristics and production patterns are analyzed under different channel structures. Then a mixed integer programming model of the production-distribution network is built in the dual-channel environment. Furthermore, the network distribution channel’s impact on the product sales of traditional distribution channels under make-to-stock is analyzed. Numerical simulation results show that, the enterprise can take full advantage of network distribution channels, gradually broaden the sales channels, and integrate the resources of two channels to optimize production-distribution network.

摘要: 网络分销渠道与传统分销渠道的融合为服装企业解决高库存积压问题提供了有效途径。在分析不同渠道结构下的需求特征和生产模式的基础上,建立了双渠道下服装生产-分销网络的混合整数规划优化模型,分析了库存生产模式下网络分销渠道对传统分销渠道产品销售的影响。数值仿真的结果表明,企业可以充分利用网络分销渠道的优势,逐步拓宽产品销售渠道,整合两个渠道的资源优化生产-分销网络。
