Optimization allocation models for recovery of disrupted flights’ aircrafts and passengers

不正常航班恢复的飞机和乘客优化调配模型

Abstract: In real life, an airline schedule is often disrupted by lots of factors, such as unexpected aircraft breakdown, adverse weather conditions, air traffic control, etc. These problems not only increase the airlines’ operational costs, but also bring lots of loss to the passengers. In order to reduce the airlines’ operational costs and the passengers’ loss, this paper provides two mathematical models. One is based on aircrafts’ allocations, and the other is based on the disrupted passengers’ allocations. The models are solved by IBM ILOG CPLEX, and new schemes of aircrafts’ allocations and disrupted passengers’ allocations are generated. Finally, an example is presented to illustrate the validity and practicability of the mathematical models.

摘要: 现实生活中有很多因素影响航空公司的正常运营,比如飞机故障、极端天气、航空管制等,这些问题的产生不仅增加了航空公司的运营成本,而且还给乘客带来许多损失。为了降低航空公司的运营成本和乘客的损失,从飞机调配和受干扰乘客的重新调配出发构建模型,通过IBM ILOG CPLEX软件对两个模型进行求解,并获得了备用恢复行程的飞机调配方案和受干扰乘客的重新调配方案。通过实际算例验证了该模型的有效性和实用性。
